This is the official blog of the PUP-Youth Congress 2008, a simulation exercise for the PS170 students of Bachelor in Public Administration and Governance (BPAG), Bachelor in Political Science (BPS) and Bachelor of Science in Political Economy (BSPE) under you-know-who.
